Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable and non-negotiable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your selected services. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. However, no-call-no-shows and same-day cancellations are not allowed.

We kindly request that you submit a photo of yourself after completing the booking.

Remaining Balance & Payment

The remaining balance can be settled in any form of payment on the day of your appointment. If you plan to pay with cash, please bring the exact amount, as we are unable to provide change.

Location

Our primary location is in Atlanta, Georgia, but we also offer flexibility in traveling to your preferred location.

Travel Inquiries

Travel services are exclusively available for bridal parties, bride engagements, and similar events. To ensure proper arrangements, please contact us at least one month in advance.

Courtesy Rules

•  Our services are available on Sundays.

•  We kindly request that you refrain from bringing children or extra guests, unless they are also receiving services.

•  If you are feeling unwell (experiencing symptoms like a runny nose, cough, or sneezing), we encourage you to stay home and reschedule your appointment.

•  Please inform us of any makeup product allergies.

•  A late fee of $5 will be applied for every 5 minutes of lateness.

•  Clients should be in the chair at the scheduled appointment time.

•  Arriving too early for your appointment is discouraged; punctuality is appreciated.

•  Squeeze-in appointments will incur an additional $15 charge.

•  If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled.

•  Please plan your schedule accordingly, allowing at least an hour for your appointment.

•  Calls will not be accepted before 7 am or after 10 pm.

•  For communication, please use the provided phone number; Instagram calls are not available.

•  We reserve the right to deny or cancel appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

In the event that we have to cancel your appointment due to illness or unavailability, your deposit will be refunded in full (100%).

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments that are not confirmed within 24 hours may be canceled.
